Video Bundles Instructions

Congratulations on your new video bundle! We hope these videos help you in your mission to reach more abortion-vulnerable women in your community. Here’s what you need to know about setting up and using your bundle:

Setting Up Your Video Bundle

1. When you purchase the bundle, you’ll receive a welcome email with your username and a temporary password. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
2. You can now explore your account details, track how many credits you have left, and find your videos when they’re ready to download.
3. You can also update any payment or other details as necessary.

Using Your Video Bundle

1. Navigate to Products in the top menu.
2. Select Videos in the dropdown.
3. Select the video you’d like by clicking View & Order.
4. On the video page, you’ll see the number of available credits next to the Order button. Select Order.
5. Next, fill out the form and upload your organization logo when prompted.
6. Click Add to Cart to complete your purchase.
7. You can then view your cart or continue shopping for other videos and add-ons.
8. Proceed to your cart and review your order details.
9. Check your details and click Place Order.
10. You’ll receive a confirmation email with receipt of purchase once the order is complete.
11. You can check your recent orders and their status in the Orders section of your account.
12. Videos will be available under Downloads in your account when the customizations are complete.
