Why Did You Change to a Subscription Model?

Switching to a subscription model allows pregnancy centers and other organizations to budget more effectively and receive a full year of CLE content at a discounted rate. It also ensures a steady flow of high-quality marketing products to support your impact each month.

Can I Still Purchase Products without a Subscription?

Yes, you can still purchase products at full cash value. However, subscribing unlocks significant savings, and annual plans offer even deeper discounts.

What if I Want to Cancel My Subscription Early?

Before subscribing, please read our terms and conditions closely. Because we offer such significant savings with our monthly subscription plans, we do not allow any cancellations until the end of the subscription period (one year). Please be sure you can commit to the full year before subscribing.

Can I Change My Subscription During the Year?

You can upgrade your subscription at any time within your subscription year. This will not extend your subscription period. However, downgrades are not permitted mid-year, but you may switch plans after your annual term ends.

When Do My Credits Expire?

Monthly credits expire at the end of your subscription month (based on your start date). Add-on credits expire 30 days after purchase. You can check your balance and expiration dates anytime in your dashboard.

Will My Subscription Auto-Renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year if you do not cancel it before the end of your subscription period. If you miss your cancellation window, you have 30 days to contact Customer Support for a refund.

Can I Combine Credits and Cash to Purchase Products?

No, you can either purchase products using all credits or purchase the products for cash value using a credit card. If you are short on credits, you can buy more. However, remember that these will expire within 30 days after purchase, so be sure to use them all before the expiration date.

What Happens to My Previous Video Bundle Credits?
We will honor all previously purchased Video Bundle and Add-On Credits by converting them to Subscription Credits. For every 1 Video Bundle Credit, you will receive 6 Subscription Credits, and for every 1 Add-On Credit, you will receive 1 Subscription Credit.
These Subscription Credits will expire based on the date of the initial Video Bundle purchase. A 6-credit Video Bundle will expire 12 months from the purchase date, and a 12-credit Video Bundle will expire 18 months from the purchase date.
These credit amounts have been applied to your account automatically, and you can locate them in your Dashboard. Please contact client service if you have more questions.
